I require orders to be made 72hours minimum before the time of collection following the Order Acceptance which is sent within 24hours. By failing to do so your order could not be accepted and a fee could be applied.

If you need your order to be made before the required 72hours, please contact me before ordering online through the contact form.

You can come and collect your order from 10am to 6pm from Wednesday to Sunday.

There is no picking up service available on Mondays and Tuesdays.

At the checkout, you will need to choose the date and the time when you will come and collect your order. Please, respect the opening days and time to pickup your order.

For any other time to pickup your order, you will need to contact me before ordering online through the contact form.

You can place your order online for future dates. My notice period is 72hours with a cut off time of 12pm (noon) the three days prior. I advise you to place your orders as soon as possible to avoid disappointment especially knowing that everything is freshly baked or prepared on the day and that I am doing everything on my own. Unfortunately I would have to refuse your order(s) because of too many orders to fulfill already.

There is no delivery service available.

If you need one, you will need to organise it and pay for it.

If any part of your order is found missing or damaged, PARIS BEGUIN LTD will not be responsible for it.

The allergen content of the products is detailed online on each product’s page.

All my products are freshly baked or prepared on the day, so I recommend that they are consumed within 1 day for optimum quality and freshness. All desserts should be kept refrigerated at all times.

You can find the information under the allergen tab at the bottom of eah product. For most of my cakes, there is an available option without alcohol that you can choose from.

Under the ‘Decoration’ section, you will find a range of different decorations made from marzipan or chocolate.
